SokratesDeinen Kommentar zu Newman hab ich gelesen – scheinst das Album zumindest musikalisch so halbgar zu finden wie ich. :bier:

Costello schafft bei mir wohl einen halben Stern mehr, ist aber immer noch nicht dolle. Hattest Du im Album-Thread auch schon Deine mäßige Bewertung kundgetan? Ich erinnere mich gar nicht.

Die Yorkston habe ich gestern auch gehört – vielen Dank! Gefiel durchaus, kommt aber für meine Ohren nicht an das Leopardenjahr heran. Es fehlt an Eindrücklichkeit. Wie ist Deine Reihenfolge?

Bei Bon Iver kämpfe ich mit der eigenwilligen, hohen Stimme. Das ist natürlich ein sehr subjektives Kriterium (um nicht zu sagen: Geschmackssache ;-)), ich bin aber zum jetzigen Zeitpunkt nicht sicher, ob das was wird.

Das Newman-Album verwirrt mich, den Eindruck, dass es halbgar ist, teile ich spontan allerdings.

Costello habe ich noch nicht wieder gehört. Eine Bewertung liegt außerdem noch gar nicht vor. Der erste Eindruck ließ nicht auf ein Meisterwerk schließen.

Yorkston ist auch bei mir ganz neu. Ist außerdem kein Album, sondern eine Sammlung von EP- und Single-Tracks. Hat mir dennoch gut gefallen bislang.

Bei Iver liebe ich gerade diese Stimme. Ich :liebe: sie.
