Jetzt mal wieder ernst und ehrlich. Natürlich ist der Nugent gut. Und Stranglehold ist gigantisch, sag ich ja. Aber er ist wirklich unglaublich. – ein amerikanischer Megapatriot. Wirklich. Schau mal auf seine Homepage. Da wird’s Dir heiss und kalt.
Kann mir aber jemand sagen, ob es wahr ist, dass er mal einen Song im Köcher hatte mit dem Titel „so glad he didn’t miss“, gewidmet Kurt Cobain.
Das hätte ja was???Together ist natürlich auch eine der grössten Schmalshymnen, 8 Stockwerke hoch. Aber da singt ja auch Meatloaf.
Ja nun… das er Patriot ist, streite ich ja nicht ab… aber ihn deswegen gleich absolut Rechts hinzustellen… ist übertrieben.
Ted engagierte sich, wenn auch nur beiläufig für die Rechte der Schwarzen. Wer nun seine Homepage gemacht hat und verwaltet… keine Ahnung, man sollte ihn mal drauf hinweisen… übrigens Garth Brooks hat auch eine ziemlich „patriotische“ Webseite… eingetlich ziemlich viele amerikanische Musiker… komm stillstand laß uns noch ein wenig „Strangehold“ hören :D und ordentlich :aahhhhh:--

Wann kommt Horst Lichter mit dem Händlerkärtchen und knallt mich ab?Mit Sicherheit sorgt „The Nuge“ für reichlich Verwirrung durch bekloppte
Äusserungen und seinen Bowhunterfimmel, aber ein früherer Bekannter
meinerseits hatte mal die grosse Ehre, Ted in Detroit besuchen zu dürfen, und siehe da; Ted ist ein „normaler“ Typ, der Gäste äusserst zuvorkommend behandelt, auch wenn seine Holzhütte übersät ist mit Waffen jeglicher Art, Bärenfellen,etc.etc.
Ausserdem ist er mir als begnadeter Gitarrist bekannt, dessen Werke seit
den Amboy Dukes mit wenigen Ausnahmen durchaus hörbar sind. Sollte er
sich in irgendeiner Form rassistisch äussern, so verurteile ich dies allerdings aufs schärfste. :-x--

habs mir angeschaut, es war einfach nur schlimm.
Ich denke, er kann nichts, ist nichts…..

Dieser Neanderthaler ist bekennender Patriot, Chauvinist, Militarist, Waffenliebhaber, Schwulenhasser, Rassist, Rechtsnationaler, bigotter Christ und Lustkiller. Er verachtet Pazifisten, Liberale und „alle Feiglinge, die ihr Fleisch nicht selbst zur Strecke bringen“. Im Töten sieht „The Nuge“ die Erfüllung des Mannes. Zitat: „Sex und Musik sind fantastisch, aber nichts gegen das Gefühl, einem Haufen fliehendem Fleisch den Garaus zu machen.“ Sadismus? Nein, sagt Nugent, nur die Natur, die zu ihrem Recht kommt. Der Spruch „Vegetarier sind schlimmer als Kommunisten“ hat auch ein Nugent-Copyright. Natürlich hasst er Michael Moore mehr als Saddam Hussein, die „Friedenswichser“ mehr als „die Streitkräfte des Feindes“. Man könnte beliebig fortfahren, aber ersparen wir uns das. Ein noch so kurzes Studium der Verlautbarungen dieses „stolzen Barbaren“ (Selbstbezichtigung) lässt selbst Charlton Heston aussehen wie einen noblen Humanisten. Möge er in einen seiner Dolche oder Pfeile fallen und so elendig krepieren wie die „tausenden Tiere“, an denen er seinen Kriegerwahn abreagiert hat. Wird bloß leider ein frommer Wunsch bleiben. Es sterben ja immer die falschen.

Aha, darum also. Kann verstehen, dass dich so was ankotzt. Nugent scheint ein gutes Beispiel für die negativen Auswüchse von Patriotismus zu sein. Da verzichtet der Mann sein ganzes Leben auf Alkohol- und Drogenkonsum und trotzdem kommt als Ergebnis so was heraus. :roll: Bedauerlich.

der mist von seiner homepage ist ja schon schlimm genug..aber was tops gepostet hat finde ich noch wesentlich bedenklicher…wahrscheinlich hat in all´den jahren nicht nur seine ohren, sondern auch sein hirn ziemlich gelitten..soweit voranden.

Ted Nugent ist einfach nur schlecht.
Hat nix mit seiner politischen Sache zu tun, ich fand ihn immer schon blöd, und es ist eine ganz ganz schlechte Musik, die er gemacht hat.finden der Zappa und sein Franz
