Sonny Landreth war der Gitarrist auf John Hiatt’s Touren in der Bring The Family / Slow Turning Zeit.Nicht nur auf Touren. Er gehörte zur temporären Band von Hiatt, die sich „The Goners“ nannte. Die spielten doch mehrere von Hiatt’s Alben ein, z.B. das schöne „Beneath this gruff exterior“.
