der Titel „Infidels“ deutete vielleicht noch auf das nächste Album eines religiösen Eiferers hin, aber Dylan hatte diese Periode mit dem Album hinter sich gelassen. Gut so. Das Album ist erdig und auch meines Erachtens von Knopfler gut produziert. Zwei absolute Highlights hat es mit „License to kill“ und „I and I“ auch. Die große Begeisterung für den Song „Jokerman“ kann ich nicht nachvollziehen.
