you can't win them all„Sugaring Season“ hat mich erst jetzt so richtig gepackt, ich hatte das Album damals zum Release gar nicht wahrgenommen. Mit Adrianne Lenker möchte ich mich auch noch intensiver beschäftigen, das neue Album ist noch auf dem Weg zu mir.

Ich hatte gestern Abend Einstein On The Beach in der Auswahl, habe dann aber The Death Of Klinghoffer aufgelegt, toller Zufall.--
Hey man, why don't we make a tune... just playin' the melody, not play the solos...„Einstein On The Beach“ wurde erst neulich auf MOV wieder veröffentlicht. Hervorragende Pressung, tolles packaging…wie immer bei MOV.
„Crazy Nigger“ ist auf Seite A ca. 25 Minuten lang und auf Seite B ca. 30 Minuten. Das packaging dieser Ausgabe ist auch innovative Art originell. Pressung (meine) und Klang/Dynamik sind sehr gut. Da ich kein Interesse an CD Ausgaben habe ist das für mich eine Pflichtveröffentlichung.
„The Death Of Klinghoffer“ habe ich noch nie gehört. Lohnt?--
you can't win them all@snowball-jackson: Nach der Julius Eastman werde ich mich mal umsehen, das ist wirklich herausragende Musik. Ich finde The Death Of Klinghoffer thematisch deutlich interessanter als die musikalische Umsetzung. Ich höre daher kaum die gesamte Oper sondern greife fast immer zu Chorusses from The Death Of Klinghoffer.
