Das liegt zum einen an meiner irrationalen Verweigerungshaltung gegen John Wayne und Schwarz-weiß, zum anderen daran, dass ich einfach seit Jahren keinen älteren Western gesehen habe. Das was ich bisher gesehen habe war stets enttäuschend. John Wayne in zu engen Beinkleidern… Aber ich verspreche, mich hier noch fortzubilden ;)

Ich bitte um Erklärungen, warum dieser Film gut ist. Einzig die Kameraführung ist toll, kann aber die Schwächen in Plot, Dialogen und Schauspielleistung nicht aufwiegen. Purer Trash?

Warum er gut ist:
– überzeugender Hauptdarsteller in einer herausfordernden Rolle
– schöne Musik
– Seit wann braucht ein Western Dialoge? ;)…ja ok, soooo toll ist er echt nicht aber als Spät-Italowestern imho sehr „wichtig“ und sehenswert.
