Im Vergleich zu [B]Orzowei ein Juwel, aber es gab viele gute TV-Serien-Melodien. Wahllos [B]rausgegriffen (da hab ich die letzte Folge verpaßt, aber mittlerweile eh vergessen, worum es ging).

Ich kenne die dazugehörige Serie nur vom Titel, für mich funktioniert das Instrumental außerhalb dieses Rahmens daher nicht. Dafür ist es einfach zu seicht und zu nichtssagend. Ganz im Gegensatz zu diesem.

„Love Grows“ ist nicht schlecht
Die unbesternten Tracks – müssten so an die 20 sein – habe ich mir alle schon angehört, konnte mich nur nicht zu einer Bewertung durchringen.

„Don’t Cry For Me Argentina kenne ich natürlich, habe es nur übersehen. Danke für den Hinweis, ist nämlich ein 4-Sterner.

Nanu?

Der New-Seekers-Track ist irgendwie nett, aber mit seiner ewig wiederholten, nichtssagenden Melodie ein fast unangenehmer Ohrwurm. Trotzdem noch „akzeptabel“.

Bei den Osmonds (nicht Donny und Jimmy) war ich möglicherweise zu geizig. Das überlege ich mir nochmal.

Voodoo Chile – Jimi Hendrix Experience *****

Natürlich finde ich das Stück klasse. Ich empfinde es aber irgendwie nicht als Single-Hit und kann fast gar nicht glauben, dass das mal ’ne Nummer 1 gewesen ist. Wird aber wohl so sein. Außergewöhnlich!

Übrigens: Band Of Gold von Freda Payne höre ich heute immer noch gerne.
