joliet-jakeKing! Tolle Scheibe. Ich war ja nach der Trennung von Seiner Band skeptisch, hat aber keinen Bruch verursacht. Groovt ordentlich.
Ich finde ja, dass das bisher sein stärkstes Album ist incl. Marcus King Band. Sein Solo-Debüt fand ich nicht so prickelnd dagegen.
Ja, müsste nochmal gegenhören. Kann aber gut sein.
Ich find den gut, seit ich ihn in Warren Haynes Schlepptau das erste Mal zu Ohr bekam. Bin weder Beilagenesserin, noch Albenkonsumentin….

Sie hatten eine ganz eigene Art, Songs zu covern und teils auch in etwas Eigenes umzudeuten. Auch diesen hier finde ich sehr gelungen.
