Obwohl die Aufnahmen komplett in der Duke Box enthalten sind, lohnt die ältere 2CD-Ausgabe – sie kommt mit einem dicken Booklet, das die Geschichte der Aufnahme und des Konzertes erzählt und auch ausführliche Kommentare zur Musik enthält.
