Jazz singer Al Hibbler picketing in front of Trailways depot at 4th and 19th. Police refused to arrest Hibbler with 25 other demonstrators, and instead drove him back to the Gaston Motel. The same day, 13 Miles students peacefully integrated the downtown Public Library. This is among images in a collection of civil rights-era photographs, Unseen, Unforgotten.
