Welcome to tindersticks myspace and the start of a new chapter of the bands history.
A new album „The Hungry Saw“ is recorded, from which ‚The flicker of a little girl‘ is taken and plans are afoot for concerts in the spring. The band has simultaneously stripped down to its core and expanded into a larger family of musicians – some familiar faces, some new ones. This fresh input, along with the perspective of our time away, seems to have made us rediscover the soul of the band.
It was recorded quickly in our new ‚Le Chien Chanceux‘ studio in deepest France – an ambient space, craved for for a long time – and is set for release on Beggars Banquet on April 28th.
Our website is being rebuilt and there are new people involved to ‚take care of business‘.
