The First Snow Of The Winter
Well, it’s been emotional as always, but we all made it to Germany and we all made it back! We just wanted to say what a pleasure and a privilege it was to play in Germany on the Blood And Water dates and what an amazing experience it was for all of us. There were storms, blizzards, rain, hail and snow, three fantastic concerts for all of us involved, in three charasmatic venues, in three atmospheric cities and a whole lotta love, alcohol and cigarettes! By the time we made it to Berlin it felt like we’d been away a month or two, so it was lovely to spend some time with our extended family in our adopted home at the end of it all. All of us were touched by the friendship, support and generosity we experienced in all the cities we visited and in all the people who came to see us play our songs, it really does make it all worthwhile. We would particularly like to thank Timo and Martin and everyone involved in the Blood And Water 7″, and to Wolfgang and all our extended family from the Rolling Stone Forum who came to say Allo, it really does mean alot to us to hear how you connect with the music we make and we are already planning our return! Until then we wish you all a healthy and happy Christmas and New Year, and would just like to say thank you!
