Mit dem späten Motian habe ich mich noch nie befasst, aber er ist für mich einfach als prägendes Mit- und Bindeglied des klassischen Bill Evans Trios in Erinnerung sowie durch die etwas ’stilleren‘ Aufnahmen mit Paul Bley.
