In der Show spielt sich Larry David (neben Jerry Seinfeld DER Mann hinter Seinfeld) selbst und gerät in viele Seinfeld-typische Situationen. VERY funny! Es tauchen auch öfters Seinfeld-Schauspieler auf und da das ganze einen pseudo-dokumentarischen Character hat, ist Seinfeld oft ein Thema. Hier noch ein paar Infos von der „Stan The Caddy“ Website:
Curb Your Enthusiasm is a very unique show in a number of ways. First, the show is filmed with no script. Actors follow general scene outlines, but the dialog is largely improvised. Because of this, actors even start laughing in reaction to unexpected lines from other actors, making some scenes especially funny. Second, the show is filmed is a „docuementary“ style, using only two handheld cameras. The premise is fairly simple, Larry David plays himself, and tries to get through each day with a little dignity
