Neues aus dem Hause Phillips/Wareham
Hi Everyone!
Dean and I are finally in the studio recording our new album with Tony Visconti! We started yesterday and Matt Johnson put down drums for 7 songs. Today we’ll be recording drums for 5 more songs. Then we’ll record an additional 2 or 3 songs with a drum machine. Only 11 or 12 songs will make the final record. The song that we’re working on as I type this is something we started with Pete Kember (aka Sonic Boom) over a year ago. We’ll be finished by mid-April and I’ll be posting photos from the studio on our website as we go along.
This morning, I got an email from Matthew Buzzell the director of the Luna documentary, „Tell Me Do You Miss Me,“ with the screening schedule for the Tribeca Film Festival. The festival runs from April 25th to May 7th.
