The Malombo Jazz Makers – Down Lucky’s Way | Runde 3, nochmal ein Jahr später, also 1969, und hier ist Lucky Ranku quasi der Leader – und das Trio mit Julian Bahula (malombo d) und Abbey Cindi (fl, ss) um Dick Khoza (d), Zakes Mkhubule (b) und Andrew Mfundi (org) erweitert … da und dort wenigstens. Das Reissue kam 2023 bei Tapestry Works heraus (wurde damals hier erwähnt) und ist vergriffen. Beim Label gibt’s sonst nur die tolle 1,5 Solo-LP von Bheki Mseleku, „Beyond the Stars“.
