Bei „Epistrophy“ ist Art Blakey auch unheimlich gut am Anfang, könnte mir gut vorstellen, dass Al Foster sich damit beschäftigt hatte. Beim Solo von Blakey merkt man es auch, dass wahrscheinlich Foster nach so einem Sound strebte. Roy Haynes bei „Epistrophy“ habe ich gerade nicht so im Ohr.
