thelonicaDer Sound aus seinem Saxophon ist sicher einzigartig, gut beschrieben oben. So ganz kam das aber nicht aus der Mode. Charlie Rouse wurde von ihm beeinflusst, auch wenn das nicht sofort offensichtlich ist. Jimmy Heath schätzte ihn auch sehr. Bei Archie Shepp kann ich das nicht genau sagen, lässt sich aber sicherlich was finden. Vielleicht auch noch ein einige mehr, wenn man auf der ganzen Welt sucht.
