Jajaja, kann man alles in der Wikipedia nachlesen. 
Mit der „Urheberschaft“ und „dem Original“ ist es in der Kunst im Allgemeinen und im Jazz im Besonderen eben so eine Sache. Diese Stücke sind alle same same but different. Und Turrentines Aufnahme von Impressions ist nochmal same same but different, denn gleiches Thema und gleiche Akkorde hin oder her: Er eignet sich das Stück so sehr an, dass daraus was ganz anderes wird und so auch nur von ihm kommen kann. In meinen Ohren eine ganz tolle Aufnahme!
Edit: Das Wort „Anverwandeln“ finde ich auch sehr schön!
