Mehr Musik von Seiji Ozawa – 1979 brachte die Deutsche Grammophon seine Einspielung der römischen Trilogie von Ottorino Respighi mit dem Boston Symphony Orchestra heraus (bei mir aus der anderen Universal-Box, „The Art of Seiji Ozawa“). Im Gegensatz zur etwas entfernt klingenden Live-Aufnahme mit Beethoven und Schubert, bei der ich nur phasenweise am Haken war (mein Eindruck der Beethoven-Symphonie war, dass sie besser wird, je länger sie dauert), bin ich es hier sofort.
