firecracker@pipe-bowl Wundert mich überhaupt nicht, dass dir Ozarker sehr gefällt. Ein gutes Album allemal, aber da Jenny mehr Pop-Appeal hat, gewinnen die Mountain Goats. :)
Wenn Pop-Appeal der entscheidende Maßstab ist, dann passt Deine Wahl natürlich. „Ozarker“ ist dagegen schwelgerischer Heartland-Rock mit Hang zur großen Geste. Das Album hat mich ziemlich gepackt. Kommt für mich annähernd an seine schönsten Werke „Rain plans“ und „Silver season“ heran.
