Bei mir sieht‘s ein bisschen anders aus: David Crosby *****
Mit dem Album komme ich nur bedingt klar. Das „mäandert“ mir zu viel vor sich hin. Wenig klare und memorable Melodien. Weiß nicht, ob ich da auf eine **** komme.
Ich schrieb ja schon an anderer Stelle, dass ich diese ruhige „mäandernde“ Stimmung, die entspannten David Crosby Vocals und auch die feinen Gitarrenspielereien, die man auf dem Album entdecken kann, sehr mag. Die wahre Schönheit des Albums mag sich nicht immer direkt und ein- oder gar aufdringlich offenbaren, aber das macht den Reiz des Albums letztlich auch aus. Für mich hat sich die Entdeckungsreise gelohnt.
