Bill Lee (23. Juli 1928 – 24. Mai 2023) – auf dem Foto mit 1965 mit Bob Dylan, der heute den. 82. feiert.
Abgesehen davon, dass er für einige Filme seines Sohns Spike Lee tolle Soundtracks schrieb, hat er auf einigen feinen Jazzklassikern aus der zweiten Reihe mitgewirkt. Eine Auswahl:
