sokratesDer „rotzige Rock“ hat mich damals nicht so erreicht. Es klang interessant, als The Car nun traditional pop sein sollte. Das Kuschlige klingt auch ganz schön, aber man hat solche Konzepte schon oft gehört, es nichts blieb hängen. Mehr Stimmung als Song. Die Platte war vorbei, und ich fragte mich, was ich gehört hatte.
Wo denn? Bei den Last Shadow Puppets? :)
Arctic Monkeys und traditioneller Pop? Ein Song pro Album vielleicht … und auf B-Seiten manchmal. Ansonsten haben sie doch ziemlich untypische Pop-Song-Strukturen.
