Großartigeren und bombastischeren Kitsch als z.B. auf dem Album Bat out of Hell muss man lange suchen. Der Titeltrack, Paradise by the Dashboard Light und For Crying Out Loud sind Stücke, die ich bis heute ganz unironisch genießen kann, ja geradezu liebe. Ebenso Total Eclipse of the Heart. Nebenbei hat er dann auch noch an This Corrosion und Dominion/Mother Russia von The Sisters of Mercy als Produzent mitgewirkt, auch das für mich ganz wichtige Stücke. Die Liste ließe sich fortsetzen. Danke für so vieles, Jim Steinman!
