Sieht so aus – feine Musik! (Ich habe „In the Vernacular“ und „No Coast Jazz“ als Japan-CDs)

Hier:

BN-Album Nr. 3 („Redd’s Blues“) lief neulich schon, jetzt mal wieder „The Connection“, das ich in der obigen frz. Digipack-Ausgabe habe (McLeans „Bluesnik“ ebenso, die Serie war hier damals recht präsent in den Läden). Ich glaub, mein liebstes Album von Redd ist „Shades of Redd“, aber das Material auf „The Connection“ und Jackie McLean sind beide so superb, dass die Wahl echt nicht leicht ist!
