Das Saxgewitter auf „Bäbi“ braucht ein Gegengewicht – ich höre noch die zwei Sessions von John La Porta, die ich neulich noch nicht schaffte: die unveröffentlichte Fantasy-Session von zwischen Dezember 1957 und Januar 1988 auf der CD oben, mit Louis Mucci (t), Sonny Russo (tb), Larry Wilcox (ts), George Barrow (bari), Wally Cirillo (p), Wendell Marshall (b) und Clem DeRosa (d). Das Quartett auf „The Most Minor“ (Everest, rec. Dezember 1958) besteht aus Jack Reilly (p), Dick Carter (b) und Charles (Charlie) Perry (d).
