“Blue Hour” von Turrentine ist wunderbar entspannt, gefällt mir ausgezeichnet! Ist das eigentlich auch “West Coast Jazz”? Musikalisch passt es ganz gut.
Vermute Du meinst dieses Album, oder? Bluesig, soulig, typisch Stanley Turrentine. Blue Note, New York und damit East Coast – jedoch nicht nur geografisch gesehen.
Das Foto zeigt aber weder das Album noch New York, oder? Wahrscheinlich Los Angeles. Tolles Bild einer offenbar grauenhaft autozentristisch zerplanten Stadt.
