Ist das Jazz? In den „Ich höre gerade …“-Thread passt das jedenfalls nur bedingt. Aber hier passt es auf jeden Fall – und vor allem passt es zu den aktuellen Außentemperaturen, auch wenn heute die 30°-Marke wohl knapp nicht geknackt wird.
The Hot Spot – Original Soundtrack (1990)
Die Musik vom / zum herrlich guten schlechten Film The Hot Spot von Dennis Hopper, den ich damals gern gesehen habe. Ich weiß nicht, ob das Zusammentreffen von Miles Davis und John Lee Hooker (und Taj Mahal und anderen) eher eigenartig oder völlig selbstverständlich ist. Die Musik klingt jedenfalls so, als gehört das genau so und nicht anders.
