In Sachen Dorham, der jüngste Beitrag auf Jazzwax ist Kenny Dorham in 10 Tracks.
Und die neue Rivers ist einmal mehr herovrragend. Ganz so umwerfend die Vol. 2 fand ich das Set auf Anhieb nicht, aber das war ein grossartiges Trio, das zu selten dokumentiert wurde (auf Platte zudem of in Erweiterter Besetzung z.B. mit Mario Schiano oder durch George Lewis/Muhal Richard Abrams … und natürlich auch auf zwei reduzierten LPs im Duo ohne Altschul, da ist alles, was ich kenne, hörenswert … dazu: „Sizzle“ – kein einziges Reissue? Echt jetzt @Universal @ – früher mal – MichaelCuscuna @whoeverouthteredoesntgiveash*t?)
