Nachtmusik mit Lee Konitz … und Fred Hersch, sowie Mike Richmond und Adam Nussbaum. Das Album kam 1988 zum ersten Mal heraus und besteht aus Walzern (darunter „Someday My Prince Will Come“ oder „Valse Hot“) und 3/4-Adaptionen von Standards und Originals („Giant Steps“, „Bluesette“, „Lover Man“).
Ziemlich nett ….
Ja, aber sicher keine der essentiellen Konitz-Aufnahmen (im Gegensatz zum Nonett auf Chiaroscuro!!). Gibt es mehr mit Hersch? Hab bei der späten Konitz-Diskographie nur einen schlechten Überblick.
