Das Buch gibt es wohl nicht … Michael Cuscuna müsste es wohl schreiben, aber der ist wohl weiterhin mit anderem bestens ausgelastet.
Oder jemand könnte – im Stil von Ashley Khan – einfach mal alles schon Geschriebene auswerten und kompilieren.
