In der Villa bei Los Angeles, in der Sharon Tate ermordet wurde, war später ein Tonstudio namens „Le Pig“ drin. In diesem Tonstudio nahmen Nine Inch Nails ihr epochales Album „The Downward Spiral“ von 1994 auf. Nach den Aufnahmen zu dieser Platte zog Trent Reznor jedoch aus dem Anwesen aus mit dem Kommentar: „There was too much history in that house for me to handle.“
