Für mich ein überdurchschnittlich gutes Jahr mit tollen Neuentdeckungen und guten bis sehr guten Werken der alten Meister. Dass Dylan, Van the Man und Young bei mir nicht so gut wegkommen, liegt einerseits an meiner Erwartungshaltung, andererseits an der großen Konkurenz. Bis Platz 85 kein richtig schlechtes Album, das hatte ich lange nicht. Weiter so!

Ja, auf jeden Fall. Sehr informativ. Das einzig befremdliche ist, dass der Autor – wenn meine Erinnerung nicht arg täuscht – sämtliche Prä-Walker-Brothers-Aktivitäten von Scott komplett ignoriert, sie vielleicht nicht mal kennt, und dennoch glaubt, eine komplette Diskographie vorgelegt zu haben.

Ansonsten hast du aber ganz schön zuschlagen in diesem Jahr.

Wenn Dir „The magic door“ gefällt, darfst Du beim Vorgänger aus meiner Sicht bedenkenlos zugreifen.

Und ja, leider wurde die Geldbörse wieder stärker strapaziert als vorgesehen. Bemerkenswert finde ich nach dem Studium des Kritikerpolls im Januar-RS, dass es bei 101 von mir gelisteten Alben das Lieblingsalbum von Birgit Fuß („Zwischen den Runden“ von Kettcar) bei mir nicht unter die ersten 100 geschafft hat. :lol:

…und nun sind wir gespannt auf das kompetente Urteil von Onkel Tom.
