To me, a big problem is that musicians don’t get together to just play as much as they used to. We’ve allowed promoters, record companies, critics and disk jockeys to separate us. So this group of musicians will say, „We’re too cool to play with them.“ And this group says, „They’re not spiritual enough for us.“ We’ve all got labels why we can’t get together with each other. But all that doesn’t stack up because we’re all playing the black and white notes of the instruments.
