Die Stimme, die Songs, die variantenreiche Umsetzung, die wärmende Atmosphäre. Favoriten: „The Orphan king“, The ballad of Willie Sutton“, „Coronation Blues“ vor „Miss Worby’s ghost“, „Less broken now“, „The night is a woman“. Und alles, was dann kommt, passt auch. Kein Ausfälle.
Auch ich kann mit dem Album nicht ganz soo viel anfangen. Mein ***** Song-Favorit aber ist The Ballad Of Willie Sutton vor Coronation Blues und Miss Worby’s Ghost mit jeweils ****. Insgesamt habe ich das Album bei etwa ***1/2- eingeordnet.
