Das ist Universal (bzw. in diesem Fall Universal Frankreich) … bzw. eins der zweihundert Label, die heute dazugehören, und das für die ganze JiP-Serie genutzt wurde. Wurde einst als Jazz-Sublabel von Mercury (daher der Name) gegründet.
