Da ich aber ein wenig Zeit hatte, habe ich mich eingehört und ich finde die Band großartig. Noch besser ist allerdings, dass meine Frau auf einer stundenlangen Autofahrt mich nicht aufforderte die Musik zu ändern. Ein größeres Kompliment kann man der Band nicht machen. Und ich finde, die Band macht auch im Alter noch großartige Musik.

Erstgenannter auf jeden Fall. „Cobwebs“ in der engeren Auswahl und „Goodbye“ eher nicht. Der zweite Titel den ich meinte ist „Butterfly House“.

Momentan steht mir der Sinn aber nach eher „moderaten“ Tönen und da trifft Bob Dylan bei mir momentan den Nagel auf den Kopf/Gefühlsnerv.
Das kann in einem Monat aber auch schon wieder total anders sein. Ich bin da nicht festgelegt.
Btw. wäre es doch peinlich, irgendwann in die Kiste zu steigen und zugeben müssen, man habe Dylan nicht noch einmal eine Chance gegeben …

„Dreaming of you“ macht sich bisher ja ganz gut. Das freut mich natürlich. Trotz ihres beachtliche Katalogs kam die Band aus meiner Sicht an die Genialität dieser frühen Komposition nie wieder heran.
