Da gehen die Meinungen schon stark auseinander. Hast Du bereits eine?
Beide, doc. Auf Apple-Music. Mein Eindruck ist zwiegespalten. Bei einigen der frühen Songs, z.B. „Love Me Do“, ist der 2023-Mix gelungen. Auch „Norwegian Wood“ und „We Can Work It Out“ können mich überzeugen.
Bei meinen Lieblingssongs „Strawberry Fields Forever“ und „A Day In The Life“ wurden die 2015- bzw. 2017-Mixes genommen. Nichts neues also. Mit dem 2023-Mix für „I Am The Walrus“ wurde der geniale Song für meinen Geschmack ruiniert. Die Geräuschkulisse im Fadeout ist kaum zu ertragen.--

Bei mir geht es chronologisch abwärts: Nach dem Debüt mit ****1/2 kommen „Cats On the Coast“ (****+), „On the Edge (****) und „Long Walk On A Short Pier“ mit ***1/2. „Ball Room“ muss ich noch mal hören, wird vermutlich aber mit momentan knappen ***1/2 am Ende bleiben.
