At this time of loss, I don’t know what else to do but to make and release the things that bring light to my world.
I also want to be clear: my intention is not just to provide comfort, not just to soothe, but to provide a depth of expression and experience for listeners, a place to explore the twisted up parts within ourselves. For me, music is where fear and pain evaporates, which lets other thoughts and emotions in. I hope you enjoy “The Spur.” I hope it is just the right kick in your side.
