Und cracker, „recht toll“ für Platz 11 ist definitiv und absolut okay, lass‘ dir da bloß nichts anderes einreden…(Ich liebäugel gerade mit dem Album von „Stars and Sons“, die Songs auf myspace gefallen mir sehr gut)!

(Ich liebäugel gerade mit dem Album von „Stars and Sons“, die Songs auf myspace gefallen mir sehr gut)!Ja, tolles Songwriting durchweg. Catchy. Interessant instrumentiert. Optimistisch stimmend. Und das bezaubernde Englisch (wie sich „walk“ und „talk“ auf „fought“ reimen…) ist sicher nicht ganz irrelevant.
Dabei war ich nie großer Fan von Paul Steel.

Nö. Aber im Gegensatz zu anderen habe ich ihm das Talent nicht gleich komplett abgesprochen.
Außerdem spielt er ja nur Bass bei Stars and Sons und ist für die Backing Vocals zuständig…[Mist, The Miserable Rich vergessen. Auch „toll“. Werden beim nächsten Update berücksichtigt.]

Klingt gut, die Songs die ich bisher kenne hinterlassen auch bei mir diesen Eindruck. Ähnlich ergeht es mir beim Debütalbum von „Two Door Cinema Club“. Schon mal in Songs von ihnen reingehört?

Ja, reingehört. Empfand ich aufs Erste aber ein bischen zu hektisch und „hysterisch“. Mit den Foals wurde ich aus diesem Grunde ja auch nie so richtig warm… Aber mit der neuen (Total Life Forever) – das könnte was werden.
