Ich brauche in Zukuft wohl keine andere mehr! (Leinsdorf mit Caballé habe ich noch ungehört hier, verspreche mir da aber nicht so viel, weil ich mir Caballé nicht in der Rolle vorstellen kann … eine klanglich gute Aufnahme mit Welitsch hätte ich gerne, aber die gibt es wohl nicht.)

Skrjabin und Liszt gefielen mir, jetzt bin ich auf halbem Weg im Chopin und der ist mir ein wenig zu weich, zu wenig „klar“. Allerdings sind das wohl alles irgendwie Werke, von denen ich keine weiteren Aufnahmen brauche … Das ist mein erster Hörgang (die CD kam gerade erst, nachdem loplop sie mir schon seit Monaten empfohlen hatte) und es braucht gewiss noch etwas Zeit. Insgesamt ist der erste Eindruck jedoch ziemlich gut, das auf jeden Fall!

Ja, ich habe sie mir aufgrund der vielen Lobpreisungen gekauft, aber so richtig erreicht hat sie mich noch nicht. Vielleicht ist das momentan einfach nicht die richtige Musik für mich. In ein paar Wochen werde ich es erneut versuchen.

SCHUMANN: Fantasie in C Op. 17, Études symphoniques Op. 13
Zuvor nochmal CD 3, die Davidsbündlertänze schaffte ich gestern nicht mehr. Von den Études gibt’s auf CD 4 zwei Einspielungen, zuerst eine von 1963 (von da stammt auch die Fantasie C-Dur) und dann eine von 1943 aus Berlin. Die Aufnahmen der ganzen Box (Diabelli-Variationen und D 960 auf CD 1, Chopins Préludes und mehr sowie etwas Liszt auf CD 2) wurden von der Deutschen Grammophon übernommen.
