Mein zweitliebstes von Springsteen und natürlich eins meiner absoluten Lieblingsalben. Einzig bei „Factory“ gibt es etwas Abzug, hier mag ich die Vorstudie „Come on (let’s go tonight)“ deutlich lieber, vor allem textlich.

Sein bestes Album. Eines der wenigen Alben, das bei mir durchgehend ***** bekommt.

What? Me Worry? // Top 20 ListenDie Wertung ist natürlich absolut richtig, magicmatthes. Allerdings müßte man eigentlich trotz allem noch Luft nach oben haben in der Skala, da es von den Songs immer noch Live-Fassungen gibt, die noch besser sind als die Studio-Versionen. Unter fünf Sterne pro Song kann man aber dennoch dieses Meisterwerk nicht bewerten, also führe ich hiermit einen sechsten Stern ein, exklusiv für den Boss.

Leichte Aufwertung, außer bei Track 5 ein voller Stern dazu, nach der indiskutablen Bewertung davor.

Leider ist bei „Badlands“ nichts dazugekommen.

there's room at the top they are telling you still but first you must learn how to smile as you killHmm, habe da auch kurz mit einer leichten Aufwertung geliebäugelt, aber zum Ende hin fehlt mir etwas die Finesse. Den Refrain empfinde ich auch nicht so besonders zwingend.
