Slow TrainWenn es stimmt, und davon gehe ich aus, dass das Album schon 2009 auf Konzerten verkauft wurde, dann schließe ich mich konsequenterweise Sonny an und Liste es 2009, denn sonst könnte man jede Veröffentlichung, die nur im Selbstvertrieb erschienen ist oder in limitierter Stückzahl bei Konzerten oder Online verkauft wurde, nie in eine Liste einarbeiten.
Ich finde es kommt immer noch darauf an, welchen Charakter die Veröffentlichung hat. Wenn – wie in diesem Fall – eine offizielle Veröffentlichung mit Vertrieb, Promotion etc. erst in 2010 erfolgte, dann ist es eine offizielle 2010 Veröffentlichung, auch wenn das Album als CD bereits bei Gigs im Jahr 2009 verkauft wurde.
Wäre es dabei geblieben und die Scheibe nie über einen Vertrieb und den Handel angeboten worden, würde dieser Verkauf bei Gigs als VÖ gewertet werden müssen, und das VÖ Jahr wäre dann 2009.--
