The ImposterGhost Town fänd ich auch ganz schön (oder war das schon im Angebot?)
War noch nicht im Angebot, fände aber meine Unterstützung. The Specials hatten doch ein ganz anderes Format als – meinetwegen – The Beat. Das war auch Partymusik, aber eben auch mehr als nur das. Clevere Texte, schöne Arrangements, mit Jerry Dammers ein hipper, charismatisch unterkühlter Sänger und mit Jerry Dammers ein wohl hoch talentierter Songwriter und Bandleader. Die ganze erste LP ist sehr gut. Auch ein gutes Abbild Großbritanniens in dieser turbulenten Zeit, I suppose.
