I had a meeting yesterday with Roger Daltrey and our managers to try to describe a plan for the two years ahead. We all feel that 2009 – as the fortieth anniversary of Tommy – will be one to celebrate; we may not be around for the fiftieth. This coming year already looks chock full, at least until the summer. We will soon announce European shows that begin in May, and will end in the Festival season in July. It looks almost certain we will visit Japan, Australia and Hawaii in winter 2007. We also discussed the launch of a dedicated new Who website planned later this year. There is no schedule set for a new album, but I will probably drift into it using the same process as last time and start work at home.

1. Tommy soll 2009 groß gefeiert werden
2. The Who touren 05-07/2007 durch Europa (SAP Arena watch out!!!)
3. Im Winter 2007/2008 werden sie aller Voraussicht nach doch die Japan/Australien Tour durchziehen. Mit welchem Schlagzeuger?
4. Es gibt keinen Zeitplan für ein weiteres Album. Pete will wohl wieder zu dem Entstehungsprozess vom letzten Mal zurückkehren; d.h. fast fertig produzierte Home-Demos, zu denen Roger später die Stimme hinzufügt.
Das Schlagzeug, Pete; was ist mit dem Schlagzeug? Spielst du wieder selbst, wie weiland bei „Who came first“?
Was meinen die The Who Kenner zu diesem Vorhaben?
Schwierige Zeiten für THE WHO Anhänger oder unkritisches Glücklichsein darüber, dass Pete u. Rog überhaupt noch irgendwie musizieren?
