Tja … nach einem Mail-Austausch mit David Wild weiss ich jetzt auch, dass mein Exemplar von „Coltrane Reference“ also tatsächlich fehlerhaft ist, denn der Photo-Teil, der ab S. 394 (unnumeriert) folgen sollte, fehlt … verdammte Kacke!
