Ich kenn noch nicht mal viel von ihm…. aber allein seine Mitarbeit an Roachs Freedom-Suite macht ihn unsterblich (Driva Man!), „Sin and Soul“ ist ein unglaublich tolles Album, dann hab ich bisher nur „Oscar Brown Jr. Goes to Washington“, ein schönes Live-Album von 1964 (ursprünglich auf Fontana, später in der Verve By Request CD-Reihe).
Was müsste man sonst noch von ihm haben? „Movin‘ On“ wohl… und darüber hinaus?
