Claude Williamson wär auch noch gewesen … die eine gab’s in der Avenue/Rhino-Serie, ganz hübsch aber auch keine grosse Sache. Nichols aber auf jeden Fall! Überhaupt, es hätte wirklich bessere Alben gegeben … auch ein paar weitere West Coast Sachen wie Stan Leveys tolles „This Time the Drum’s on Me“ oder Conte Candolis Album mit Bill Holman – aber die gab’s zum Glück auch schon bei Avenue/Rhino 
Von Bobby Scott reichen mit die drei, vier Stücke, die ich mit ihm als Sideman habe – da brauche ich nicht mehr.
