Ich würde mir das auch nochmals überlegen. Der Weg zwischen Animal Collective und Fleet Foxes ist ja weit, da ist viel Raum. Animal Collective ist für mich eigentlich kaum hörbar, und auch die Fleet Foxes ertrage nur in kleinen Dosen. Dennoch hat mich Veckatimest ziemlich umgehauen (wobei ich noch weit davon entfernt bin, mir ein definitives Bild zu machen).
Ich bin noch kurz mal wieder zu metacritic.com rübergesurft: Da steht Veckatimest momentan bei 88 Punkten, ein doch recht eindrücklicher Wert. Und es finden sich ein paar lesenswerte Kommentare, z.B. von Allmusic (80):
